Cuddle-Me-Close

My newest nephew Tolman Jetter Farnsworth! Isn't he angelic! I wanted to try my hand at a newborn cocoon and hat...what do you think? I just want to snuggle with this little one!
Pictures are done by my sister's friend Erin Sorenson

Warm Fuzzies

My friend Melissa inspired this hat! The picture doesn't do it justice! It was so soft and cozy! The flower on this hat is not interchangeable.

The Classic

The Claire Bear Classic
This beanie was for my 1 year old niece Claire! It's a cutesie beanie with a brim and interchangeable flowers! I made her 3 other flowers to change out with different outfits!

Newborn Beanies

I made these newborn beanies to match the newborn cocoons below that my awesome sister-in-law Heather made for a baby shower gift for my mom!

Beanie JJ

This hat was inspired by my cute sister Jana! She wanted an interchangeable flower beanie and I tried a stitch that my sister-in-law Heather (the master beanie maker) did for one of Emily's beanies! It gives it a more cutesy look and I love it! My favorite stitch so far!
Beanie JJ with all the flowers I made for Jana to change with!

Isn't she adorable?!

Amy's Quilt

Amy inspired this one! We needed to make sure she had a quilt the perfect size and SUPER warm for when she is at dialysis! So we created this polk-a-dot masterpiece! Bright and cheery just like Amy! Love you Amy Girl!

In Memory of Grandma Arrington: Jory's T-Shirt Quilt

The second Christmas I was married I decided to do a t-shirt quilt for my husband! Oh man am I glad I did! I called my Grandma and she gave me the instructions of how to do it and so I did! While it wasn't by any means perfect or beautifully flawless like my grandma's t-shirt quilts, I still learned a lot! A few years later (1 1/2 years) she unexpectedly passed away! She has blessed the lives of many with her extraordinary talent of sewing! At the end of our high school years, for each of her grandkids, my Grandma would make us a t-shirt quilt! It is something each of us looked forward too and saved and saved our t-shirts for the day we could take them to our Grandma's to turn them into a masterpiece! Well now that she's gone...no one else knows how to do it like her! I am the only one who has ever tried. My Aunt called and asked if I would make Jory's quilt. I had only made 2 before this one...My husband's and my best friend, Megan's t-shirt quilt! Each time I get better and better. This one, although not perfected as my Grandma's were, was the sweetest of the quilts to make because I could help carry on the Legacy my Grandma left for us even if it was in a small way; piece by piece!

I did pillowcases for the first time ever and a little mini-pillow as well to go with the quilt!
